In a more complex scenario, simulation can be used to assist planning, design and 3D display to simulate the operation of intelligent logistics for customers. It is convenient for customers to view and understand the solutions.

The simulation involved in Lead Logistics are all modeled by the professional simulation engineer team of Lead logistics to beautify the interface, and strive to show the idea and layout of the design with close to real simulations.

After the project is formally undertaken by Lead Logistics, a project team will be formally founded internally, and the planners will transfer the technical documents related to the preliminary scheme to a specific team composed of many senior mechanical engineers and project engineers.

This team will communicate with the customer again according to these technical documents, determine the final technical implementation details. After that, we will convert the overall scheme into detailed drawings for production, and hand them over to the manufacturing department of Lead Logistics.

The core team of Lead Logistics has developed a variety of software systems  independently. The software engineers will participate in the project design throughout the whole process to provide customers with comprehensive system services from demand analysis, system design, programming to system testing.

The professional quality control team will control the quality of products from suppliers as well as the the production process strictly to ensure that the qualified products are delivered to customers.

An onsite project team consisting of off-site project engineers, installation and commissioning engineers, software commissioning engineers, and electrical commissioning engineers will be built after the equipment is delivered. The project engineer will lead the team to take full charge of the onsite project design, and keep in touch with customers onsite to ensure the project construction progress and project delivery.
